Ross Minett – Director

Ross Minett initially launched TPC Urban in 2004, trading asThe Planning Coordinators. The inspiration behind the company was Ross’ strategic vision to make town planning and property development accessible to all investors by making close links to the real estate market. Ross’ career has given him experience in town planning and property development services, and he has held several senior positions with local governments.
He has had exposure to complex development applications, subdivisions, policy and scheme formulation and review, heritage issues and architectural/surveying issues. Ross uses his professional skills in town planning to aid his own personal property developments and now has built up a strong investment portfolio.

Gary Rolston –
Director
BSc / BE (Hons)
As a Director of TPC Urban, Gary Rolston is responsible for the strategic business management of the company. Gary coordinates the marketing and sales divisions, and has implemented leading edge initiatives in project management. Prior to joining TPC Urban, Gary worked as a Senior Engineer in the oil and gas industry.
Gary has 6 years experience in an engineering environment where he developed excellent project management, communication, negotiation and business skills. Gary is also a Director of TPC Settlements.
